"Amazing customer service, the nice staff really went out of their way for me and my 11 month baby girl. It was busy and they went to make sure there was a table available before I ordered my food, then the nice lady behind the counter went and got a high chair for me, disinfected beforehand and brought it to my table, and then even helped me move tables when I wanted to swap to a different spot in the branch. Lovely people and made the experience so much better."

"The ladies serving were openly chatting about their work hours. Everyone can hear it. It was slowing them down. The staff who was taking my order, kept talking over me. I told her 4x to put 2 chocolate cookies but she didn't at the end of all that. She was rude. My kids felt uncomfortable. My kids refuse to go to this Costa now. Its a shame as they are my local. Staff need more training on customer service. Poor service."

"Nice place to go for a drink. Only 4 stars because of lack of space for pushchair in the café. The staff are really friendly and were really helpful when my wife's drink got cold due to the little one having a nappy eruption."
